Returns & Exchange Service
You can request a return or exchange service for all products purchased on Elledress within the first 14 days after receiving the package. Please select the service according to the issue you encountered.
You’ll need to contact our customer service department to initiate a return/exchange procedure. Our customer service specialists will guide you through the process. Proof of purchase and product condition will be required along the process, including invoice, transaction record, photos, etc.
Returns for product dissatisfaction: If you’re not totally satisfied with your Elledress purchase, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the package. Please keep in mind that for returns for dissatisfaction, you’ll be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Returns for quality issues: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a total refund or item exchange. Any cost of the commission will be assumed by Elledress.
Returns & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team by email (email@example.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, along with the proof of purchase and product condition, including invoice, transaction record and photos. We will get back to you within 24 hours with detailed instructions and shipping address. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- You have 5 days to decide if an item is right for you.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
